Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

After booking your suite, a New York Jets representative will provide instructions on how to place a catering order through MetLife Stadium’s catering provider. Pre-orders should be submitted at least 3 business days prior to your game.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there is no catering minimum. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

Can I purchase additional Standing Room Only tickets for my suite?

Some suites allow for additional Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets. Please check your suite reservation or contact your Jets representative to check availability.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

For the New York Jets games, children under 34 inches tall can enter MetLife Stadium for free, but they must share a seat with a ticketed adult.

What items are prohibited inside MetLife Stadium?

MetLife Stadium adheres to the NFL’s Clear Bag policy which can be found at http://www.nfl.com/allclear. For additional rules, please refer to the New York Jets or MetLift Stadium gameday page closer to gameday or contact a representative from the New York Jets Premium Partnerships Team.

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Suites include a set number of VIP parking passes for the designated premium lots at MetLife Stadium. Suite guests typically receive Platinum or Reserved parking passes for Lots E, F, G, or S—among the closest lots to the stadium entrances. Where is the VIP entrance?

Suite guests may enter through designated VIP entrances on the East and West sides of MetLife Stadium for expedited access. East side suite guests should use the Bud Light or HCL Gates, while West side suite guests can enter via the VIP lanes at Moody’s, MetLife, or Verizon Gates.

When does my suite open?

Suites open two (2) hours before kickoff.

Can I order food and drinks from my suite during the game?

Yes! In-suite catering is available throughout the game, and additional à la carte options can be ordered via your suite attendant.

If I have an issue with my suite on game day, who do I contact?
